. MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE FORT COLLINS WATER BOARD HELD SEPTEMBER 21, 1964
AT 7:30 O'CLOCK P. M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
Present: President Ward Fischer, Vice President Frank Ghent, Mayor Harvey
Johnson, Secretary John Bartel and Board Member Fred Feit. Also present were
Acting City Manager Harold Iynch, and Assistant City Attorney Arthur March Jr.
Mr. J. T. Banner, H. T. Person and Harry John reported on the progress
of the long range water and sewer study. (Copy of Report Attached)
After considerable discussion it was unanimously agreed that J. T. Banner
& Associates proceed with the study for sewer disposal plant, trunk lines etc.
since the water report was nearing completion. Also that at an early meeting
the issuing of bonds for financing the needed additional water and sewer fac-
ilities would be discussed.
With nothing further to be brought up at this time the Board adjourned.
