• MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE FORT COLLINS WATER BOARD HELD
MONDAY JULY 13, 1964 AT 7:30 P.M. O'CLOCK IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Present: President Ward Fischer, Vice President Frank Ghent,
Mayor Harvey Johnson, Secretary John Bartel and Board Member
Norman Evans. Also present, City Manager Robert F. Boos and
City Engineer G.J.Weiss.
Board Member Fred Feit was absent.
Mr. Joe Banner, H.T.Person and Harry John of J.T.Banner
and Associates, Inc. and Pete Wheeler of W.W.Wheeler and
Associates reported on the progress of the long range water

,,being made. This report is being put together by
these engineering firms and they indicated that by the next
meeting to have some definate information on available water,
filter plant location, suggested improvement in distribution
system etc.
It was recommended that a Bonding Company represenative
also be present at the next meeting to discuss financing etc.

With nothing further to be brought up at this time the
Board adjourned.
Board member Norman Evans has taken temporary leave for a
year to go to Bangkok, Thailand to work with the Royal
Irrigation Dept.
