MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE FORT COLLINS WATER BOARD HELD MAY 18TH,
1964, AT 7:30 O'CLOCK P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Present: President Ward Fischer, Mayor Harvey Johnson, Secretary John
Bartel and Board member Fred Feit. Absent were: Vice President
Frank Ghent and member Norman Evans. Also present were: City Manager
Robert Boos, Asst. City Attorney Arthur March, Jr. and Councilman
R. L. Colwell.
The "Engineering Contract for the Proposed Design of Water,
Sewer and Sewage Disposal Facilities for the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado" was presented by J. L. Banner and H. T. Person of J. L.
Banner and Associates. After discussion and reviewing of the contract
it was referred to the City Attorney for corrections and amendments.
It was agreed to postpone any further action until next
meeting, at which time Mr. Wheeler will be present.
Motion was made by Fred Feit, seconded by President Ward
Fischer that the City purchase all available shares of North Poudre
Water at not more than $400.00 per share.
With nothing more to be brought up at this time the Board
adjourned.
