EXECUTIVE SESSION
August 5, 1977 - 2:00 P.M.

An Executive Session of the Water Board was called to consider water
acquisition policies. Specific projects and water rights were discussed.
The Board, before considering a choice between these alternatives,
requested that the administration advise the Board as to the amount
of money available over the next several years for water acquisition
or development. The Water Board recommended that the Council execute
the South Side Ditch agreement and proceed with Pleasant Valley and
Lake Canal matters as outlined in the study.
It was the consensus of the Board that an additional Executive Session
would be necessary to continue consideration of these matters to be
called at the discretion of the Chair.
