MEMBERS ABSENT: Ray Tollison, Roger Sherman, Ann Carr
STAFF PRESENT: Jim ONeill, Jill Stilwell, Ellen Martin, Cory Gundlach,
I. Call to order 3:39 p.m. -- Mr. Needham
II. Consideration of the current agenda
III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of February 16, 2005
Mr. Howe motions to approve the minutes
Ms. Dale seconds the motion
Unanimously approved as amended
IV. Citizen Participation:
V. 2005 Design Consultant Resource List Applicant Review:
Ms. Martin explains the evaluation process. There is no set quota for the number design consultants accepted per
year. Cultural Resource Board members and Lincoln Center director are non -voting members on this review
panel. Board stated that collaboration skills are very important for this project.
Ms. Hixon-Cunningham motions to accept 12 artists for the 2005 Design Consultant Review List
Seconded by Ms. Dale
Unanimously approved.
