1 Election of officers Annmane nominated Alison as chair, Kristin as co-chair, Alison
nominated Penny as secretary So moved and each was elected unammously
2 Outstanding items for Marcile N Wood & Essay contest
Plaque --Cecilia will order the plaque
Coloradoan—which event should be covered more? Members agreed that
Coloradoan coverage should go to Essay Contest I esh was to take care of
contacting the Coloradoan C2.
Kristen is doing a checklist for MNW Award and for Essay Contest
Annmane moved to donate $100 to the MNW Award Event Penny seconded,
passed
Anninane wrote letters to invite nominators and nominees to the MNW Award
event during the meeting
Certificates for essay contest Penny brought a mock-up Members decided to
modify the certificate and Penny will create
3 Essay Contest For the last hour, the members read essays
