I. CALL TO ORDER

Immediate past chairperson, Commissioner Kimberly Stenberg called the special meeting to order at 9:31
a.m. via conference call. This meeting had been posted in the usual manner as an open meeting.
H. CITIZEN INPUT
There was no citizen input.
III. NEW BUSINESS
Ms. Brewen presented a request to the Board to approve Resolution 02-12, Approval for 1122 Lopez
Court Redemption, Loan and Resale. The current owner has been foreclosed on and FCHA has filed the
appropriate Intent to Redeem paperwork. The Fort Collins Housing Authority was originally involved in
the development and sale of this homeownership unit and is in a lien position to purchase.
A motion was made by Commissioner Sollenberger, seconded by Commissioner Greeley, to approve
Resolution 02-12, Approval for 1122 Lopez Court Redemption, Loan and Re -sale. The motion was
unanimously passed.
N. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Commissioner Stenberg adjourned this special meeting of the Fort
Collins Housing Authority Board at 9:34 a.m.
