HRC Members present Elaine Boni, Jack Coleman Mary Gomez, Ken Gordon Jr, Parker

HRC Members absent Kimberly Clouser & Rita Klepac

I Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Chair Ken Gordon at 6 12 p in when a
quorum was present
II 2004 Work Plan The Commission reviewed a draft report prepared by the officers and
subcommittee chairs Parker Preble made a motion to approve Elaine Boni seconded the
motion The motion was unanimously approved
III Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 6 27 p in
