I. Call to Order: 6: 05
H. Minutes approved: Tabled, as there was no quorum
III. Review Agenda: Approved as is
IV. Announcements: None
V. Business Items:
1. Marcile N. Wood Award: Due date for nominations will be February 20" and Penny will go to
Barb's office to copy the announcement and stuff envelopes.
2. Essay Contest: Essays will be due on February 27`h and Kristin will collect them. Since the mall is
under new ownership Kristin will check to see if gift certificates will be available.
