Present: Cecilia Altizer, Kristin Chatnani, Penny Vincent
Excused Absent: Alison Johnston
Absent: Lee Varra-Nelson
Call to order: 6:00 PM
Minutes approved: Approval was tabled, as there was no quorum.
Announcements:
Members present reviewed the Board &Commissions Perspective on 2003 Policy
Agenda Memo.
Tom Tonoli sent an email to Kristin to advise CSW that he is retiring and CSW will
be working with another, unnamed, person for the Women in Your History essay
contest.
Old Business:
• Cecilia sent letters and pictures from Essay Contest winners to Boltz and Lesher
Junior High Schools.
Business:
• Policy agenda
• Penny gave an update about the meeting with Karen on May 28, 2003.
• Members present decided to wait until Lee was at a meeting to discuss the
specific ideas that were chosen, as Lee had the notes.

Review meeting with Karen and discuss agreed upon policy agenda items.
