MEMBERS PRESENT: Ray Tollison, Lee Needham, Ann Carr, Roger Sherman, Libby Dale
MEMBERS ABSENT: Cori Hixon-Cunningham, Alan Howe
STAFF PRESENT: Ellen Martin, Ilsbeth Kaufman, Jim O'Neill, John Lang, Marc Anderson
I. Call to order 3:38 p.m. — Mr Sherman
II. Consideration of the agenda
III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of April 21, 2004.
Mr. Tollison moved to approve the minutes
Ms. Dale seconded.
Approved unanimously.
IV. Citizen Participation
V. East Prospect Road Proposal Review
The selection committee reviewed proposals from 10 artists/artist teams for this project.
Ms. Dale motioned that we accept Carol May and Tim Watkins as the number one choice and Aaron
Hussey as the alternate for the East Prospect Road Project.
Ms. Carr seconded
For: Lee Needham, Ann Carr, Roger Sherman, Libby Dale
Against: Ray Tollison
Motion passes.
VI. Staff Reports
Staff distributed a written report of staff activities since the last board meeting.
