-Update on name Change; Alison/No report
-Essay Contest; Flyer were sent to Cindy Ronan of The Poudre School District
Additional dialogue occurred with the membership in terms of timelines,
registration form, evaluation tool, application deadlines, and dissemination sites
etceteras

She participated in a 10-minute interview. She addressed the role of the
Commission, the Essay Contest and the Marcile N. Woods Award
HRO will provide envelopes, labels and postage

Group discussion regarding links, personal information, and format, etceteras
COSW 2004-05 Work Plan/COSW 2004 Year End Report
Members reviewed each document for clarity, language and updates.
