MEMBERS PRESENT: Ray Tollison, Lee Needham, Cori Hixon-Cunningham, Labby Dale, Alan Howe
MEMBERS ABSENT Ann Carr, Roger Sherman
STAFF PRESENT: Ellen Martin, Ilsbeth Kaufman, Jim O'Neill, Steve White
I. Call to order 3:41 p.m. — Mr. Tollison
II. Consideration of the agenda
III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of March 31, 2004.
Ms. Hixon-Cunningham moved to approve the minutes.
Mr. Howe seconded.
Approved unanimously.
IV. Citizen Participation
V. CSU Transit Center Phase II Proposal Review
The selection committee reviewed proposals from 21 artists/artist teams for this project.
Mr. Howe motioned for David Griggs be accepted for CSU Transit as the artist to work with the design
team and Lawrence Argent be selected as the alternate.
Ms. Dale seconded
Approved unanimously.
VI. Staff Reports
Staff distributed a written report of staff activities since the last board meeting.
