Regular Meeting
Wednesday, August 20, 2003
City of Fort Collins CIC Room
Present: Jim Butzek, Brian Carroll, Harry Edwards, and Maria Martinez.
Absent: Monica Garcia, David Evans, and Becky Richardson
Staff: Sgt. Cory Christensen, Assistant City Attorney Greg Tempel, and
Secretary Wendy Hartzell.
Call to
order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. The June minutes were
reviewed. There were no corrections. Jim Butzek made a motion to
approve the minutes and Brian Carroll seconded the motion. There
was no discussion and the motion carried 4-0.
Absences: All absences are approved.

Cases:
Case # 2003-4 — Jim Butzek will inquire as to when subcommittee
members can meet and he will set up a subcommittee meeting within
the next two to three weeks. The 30-day extension will be needed and
Jim will send that in.
Adjournment: Harry Edwards made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Brian
Carroll seconded the motion. There was no discussion and the
motion passed 4-0. The meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.

Wednesday, September 17, at 6:00 p.m. in the CIC Room at 300
Laporte Avenue.
