III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of September 17, 2003
Ms. Liska-Smith moved to approve the minutes as corrected.
Mr. Howe seconded.
Approved unanimously.

The board reviewed submissions for this project.

Ms. Kaufman distributed written report of staff activities since last month's board meeting.
