MEMBERS PRESENT: Alan Howe, Roger Sherman, Libby Dale, Jane Liska-Smith, Deanna Gram

STAFF PRESENT: Ellen Martin, Ilsbeth Kaufman, Link Mueller, Bob Loeven, Jim O'Neill
I. Call to order 3:34 p.m. —Ms. Gram
II. Consideration of the agenda
III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of October 15, 2003
Ms. Liska-Smith moved to approve the minutes as corrected.
Mr. Howe seconded.
Approved unanimously.
IV. Citizen Input
V. Sheldon Lake Proposal Review
The board reviewed submissions for this project.
Mr. Howe motioned to add Brower Hatcher to work with the design team to produce a piece for Sheldon
Lake, with the alternate, as voting came out, as Carolyn Braaksma
Mr. Sherman seconded.
Approved unanimously.
