IV Announcements
Jean Jean and Annmane went to Wm At Noon —The Status Project Women and Girls
in Colorado Breakfast on Nov 27`h 7 30 at Lincoln Cntr Jean will be heading a table
and invited members to join her for the breakfast She also said that if no one was able to
attend, she would represent the Commission
Deb Conference to Celebrate Mountain Women in Kathmandu, Nepal May 28 31,
2002
Haemi miscommunication with Kmkos Christy Meyer @ Kinkos credited the $1495
to the Commission for the miscopied reports Someone at Kmkos had the copies made
before the disk was ready Barb will look into the budget process and find out if the
money has been credited
V Business Items
A End of the Year Report Each member who worked on a project this year will
write a report and get it to Haerm Reports are due to Haemi by the next meeting-
--send emails
B AAUW Presentation Shenden Green, and Linda Bobbrt, will put the report on
COMPASS website They will put it on within 2-3 days of getting the disk
Sara gave feedback from Pam Turner about the presentation who suggested the
Commission speak to the Downtown Lunch Rotary
Jean moved to go into exec session to discuss personnel/membership issues
Annmane seconded Passed unanimously
C Work Plan The work plan was analyzed and the Commission spent time revising
parts of it Any further revisions are to be sent to Haemi via email
