Members read a draft of the report and made changes Haeini will get report to

B Women s History Month Essay Contest
Members discussed when to send the information out to schools Jean agreed to
get the information to Tom Tonoli language arts specialist for Poudre School
District
High Schools will be included in this year's contest
Members discussed how to award prizes for the contest It was decided that there
would be a seventh, eighth, ninth and three high school winners
C Retreat
This item was briefly discussed It was decided that a retreat would be directed
toward what each person has done and what each wants to contribute to the
Commission
Further discussion of a retreat will be taken up at the January meeting
