Announcements none
Approval of minutes Annmane moved, Alison seconded, motion passed
Business
1 Jean handed over the folders for Marcile N Wood, the essay contest, and
proclamations to Alison as it was her last meeting Discussion ensued about
continuing the events
2 Letters of recognition for Marcile N Wood applicants was discussed Alison agreed
to send letters to all the nommators letting them know that Jo Thompson had won and
thanking them for there participation
3 Jean and Deb were given gifts of appreciation from the Commission for their
participation on the Commission
Meeting adjourned at 8 00 P M
