Call Meetine to Order: The regular meeting of the Youth Advisory Board was called
to order by Chairperson Sarah April at 7:10 p.m.
Approval of Minutes: On a motion by Mera Geis and seconded by Ana Rocca, the
minutes of the regular meeting of April 4, 2001 were approved unanimously (4-0).
Agenda Review: Delete Northside Aztlan Community Center Update (item #10).
Citizen Participation: No citizen participation.

FINALIZE PERIODIC REVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE
With a motion by Robbie Weisser and seconded by Mera Geis, the periodic review
questionnaire was unanimously approved for submittal to City Council (4-0).
TELEVISION SHOW UPDATE
The next edition of "The fishbowl" is set to tape on May IO h at 3:30. Mera has secured
a psychologist, Ana recruited someone from the Suicide Prevention Center for the show,
and a counselor and a student are still needed. Dr. Olson will host a new show entitled
"Healthline"; he would like Board members to be on the show.

PROPOSAL BY LOVELAND'S YOUTH ADVISORY BOARD
A couple of the YAB members met with the Loveland Youth Advisory Board. Tentative
plans were made to get the two boards together to discuss issues of mutual interest.
YOUTH ACTIVITY CENTER REPLACEMENT TASK FORCE UPDATE
The City is still in negotiations for a new Youth Activity Center. Staff is hopeful that the
site will be announced this month.
YOUTH ACTIVITY CENTER UPDATE
The May calendar and April participation report were distributed.
OTHER BUSINESS
The Board will get together on June 13 if the 5 Board vacancies have been filled by
that time,
Adiournment:
On a motion by Robbie Weisser and seconded by Ana Rocca, the Board voted
unanimously (4-0) to adjourn at 8:05 p.m.
