I. Call to order 3:35 p.m. — Ms. Hixon-Cunningham
II. Consideration of the agenda
III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of July 16, 2003
Ms. Dale moved to approve the minutes.
Ms. Gram seconded.
Approved unanimously.
IV. Citizen Participation — none
V. Oak Street Proposal Review
The Selection Committee reviewed application materials from 12 artists/artist teams for this project.
Nis. Liska-Smith motioned to extend the invitation to Lawrence Argent for the commission as part of the
design team for the Oak Street Plaza Project.
Ms. Gram seconded.
Approved unanimously.
