II. Consideration of the agenda
III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of March 27, 2002
Ms. Liska-Smith moved to approve the minutes.
Ms. Hixon-Cunningham seconded.
Approved unanimously.
IV. Citizen participation - None
V. Second Sheet of Ice at EPIC Proposal Review
The Art in Public Places board reviewed nine artists/artist teams for the Second Sheet of Ice at EPIC project.
Ms. Liska-Smith moved to select Juan & Patricia Navarrete to carry the project forward based on
what the board saw today.
Ms. Gram seconded.
Unanimously approved.
VI. Elevator Door Update
Staff presented images of doors, stairs and walkways that had been treated with the product considered for
the elevator doors at the Civic Center Parking Structure. The material, which creates a digital image on
laminate, has been used by the Denver Art Museum and the City of Boulder. In addition to examples of
previous applications, local historic images were presented as possible designs for the project here in Fort
Collins.

VH. Other business
The board discussed the judging criteria for proposal reviews. Staff will make discussed changes to the next
evaluation form.
