Call to order 3:36 p.m. — Ms. Hixon-Cunningham II. Consideration of the agenda III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of March 27, 2002 Mr. Sherman moved to approve the minutes with changes. Ms. Liska-Smith seconded. Approved unanimously. IV. Citizen participation - None V. The Gardens on Spring Creek Final Presentations The Art in Public Places board heard final proposals, for The Gardens on Spring Creek Project, from Susan Dailey and Dennis Sovick, Susan McNulty and Kevin McCasland, and William Vielher. The votes were tallied and the board discussed the proposals. Ms. Liska-Smith moved to accept the piece by William Vielehr for the Gardens on Spring Creek. Ms. Dale seconded. Unanimously approved. Other business Zach Elementary is a prototype school in southeast Fort Collins that has worked with the City's Utility Department on the design of the building. The Poudre School District and the City's Utility Department are also collaborating on artwork with an environmental theme to be placed at the school.
