Regular Meeting
Wednesday, May 16, 2002
City of Fort Collins CIC Room
Present: Jim Butzek, Brian Carroll, Monica Garcia, Maria Martinez
Absent: Rick Aulino, Jay Molok, and Becky Richardson
Staff: Cory Christensen, Greg Tempel, and Wendy Hartzell
Public: Richard Miller, HRC Liaison
Call to
order: The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. The May minutes were
reviewed. The location of the meeting was stated incorrectly. Jim Butzek
made a motion to approve the minutes with the change of the
meeting location to 2554 Midpoint Drive. Monica Garcia seconded
the motion. There was no discussion and the motion carried 4-0.
Absences: Becky Richardson was absent with advance written notice. Jay Molok
was absent without advance written notice. Rick Aulino was absent as he
has resigned from the Board effective immediately.

Message: No messages. Maria Martinez will contact Becky Richardson and ask her
to check the messages until a new person is assigned.
Public: No comments.
New Business:
Chairperson
Position:
The Board was informed that Rick Aulino has resigned from the CRB
effective immediately. He is hoping to send out a memo sometime next
week. It was discussed and agreed that a new chairperson will be elected
at the next meeting. Maria Martinez will check with Becky Richardson
and/or Lt. Carlson about starting the process with the City Clerk's Office to
replace Rick Aulino and Jay Molok.

Soapbox article — Maria Martinez will check with Becky Richardson
regarding the article and if Rick Aulino has submitted it to the Coloradoan.

Adjournment: Monica Garcia made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Jim Butzek
seconded the motion. There was no discussion and the motion
passed 4-0. The meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.

Meeting: Wednesday, June 19, at 6:00 p.m. at the CIC Room, 300 Laporte
Avenue.
