The Affordable Housing Board will be holding a special meeting for:
• A Board Retreat
This meeting will occur at the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery (409 Mason Ct) in the Markley
Community Room on Friday, January 12, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Participation for this Affordable Housing Board special meeting will be available in-person only at the location
identified above. Remote or online viewing/participation will not be available for the public.
Documents to Share: If residents wish to share a document or presentation, the Staff Liaison needs to receive those
materials via email at least 24 hours before the meeting.
Individuals uncomfortable or unable to participate by in-person are encouraged to participate by emailing general public
comments you may have to sbeckferkiss@fcgov.com. The Staff Liaison will ensure the Board receives your comments. If
you have specific comments on any of the discussion items scheduled, please make that clear in the subject line of the
email and send 24 hours prior to the meeting.
