Meeting called to order at 11 am
1. Welcome New Member - John Unger (introductions)
2. Citizen Participation and Plan Member Comments - none noted.
3. Consider Approving the Minutes from the Meeting of May 11,2023
Del Bernhardt made a motion to approve the minutes as presented.
Randy Bailey seconded the motion.
Approval confirmed via roll call; Randy Bailey, Del Bernhardt, Ralph Zentz, and Clark
Mapes.
4. Plan Participant Updates (LeeAnna Vargas)
The correction for previous calculations has been completed and all members
affected have been notified.
One member rolling over their funds in August. Also working with one member who will
be eligible in August and another member who will be eligible in September. These
members will be making a selection soon and one employee who separated
employment and may be considering an early benefit option.
