a. Board Operations; 5:45-6:30
Mark Houdashelt, AQAB Chair, will lead a discussion regarding board functions, member
participation and how to create meaningful membership, and additional ways to make the
AQAB as effective as possible. Davina Lau, Boards and Commissions Coordinator, will be in
attendance to speak to available resources and opportunities. (Discussion)
b. 2024 Annual Work Plan; 6:30-7:15
Mark Houdashelt, AQAB Chair, will lead a discussion regarding the 2024 AQAB work plan.

c. 2024 City Strategic Plan Input; 7:15-7:45
Time permitting, the board will discuss the option to provide input to the City’s 2024 Strategic
Plan and how staff can best achieve the City’s Outcomes. (Discussion)
