Meeting called to order at 11:02 am
1. Citizen Participation and Plan Member Comments – none noted.
2. Consider Approving the Minutes from the Meeting of March 9,2023
Randy Bailey made a motion to approve the minutes as presented.
Ralph Zentz seconded the motion.
Approval confirmed via roll call; Jackie Darner, Ralph Zentz, Randy Bailey, and Clark
Mapes.
3. Plan Participant Updates (LeeAnna Vargas)
2 new annuity benefits began in April, and 1 begins this month (May), and
1 is set to begin in August.
Received word of a deceased member –a partial payment will be made this month
then the account will be closed.

4. Review Investment Report (Blaine Dunn / Adam Halvorson)
12.5% percent return – back on the positive side
Outperforming benchmarks by about 1% In compliance with our investment policy.

5. Other Business –
Committee members to review information sent out by Jenny on March 6th. If any
committee members have questions, they can contact Jenny Lopez Filkins.
