Cassie Archuleta, Air Quality Program Manager. will provide an update regarding current oil
and gas operations and potential for additional regulations in Fort Collins in advance of a
Council Work Session scheduled for September 12, 2023. (Discussion)
b. Oil and Gas Reverse Setbacks (New Development Near Existing Wells); 6:30-7:30
Kirk Longstein, Senior Environmental Planner, will provide an overview of reverse setbacks
from operational wells and seek a Board recommendation. (Decision)
