ROLL CALL Present: Melissa Rosas, Beth Grant, Mike O’Malley, Shamera Loose, Michael Ruttenberg Board Members Absent: Allison Dineen, Sally Lee Staff Members Present: Lieutenant Jeremy Yonce 3. AGENDA REVIEW – Shamera Loose 4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION a. Erica Centeno spoke for approximately 20 minutes regarding concerns she has with the Larimer County Department of Human Services. Michael Ruttenberg verified that her complaint was with DHS and not Fort Collins Police Services. He provided her information on lodging a complaint with the Larimer County Citizen Review Panel. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. The following corrections were noted regarding the April minutes: Correct spelling for Melissa’s last name is Rosas; Correct title for Jenny Lopez Filkins is Sr. Assistant City Attorney; Michael Ruttenberg was not present when the March 2023 minutes were approved. b. Beth motion to approve by April 2023 minutes, seconded by Melissa. Mike O’Malley abstained from voting since he was absent for the April Meeting. April Minutes approved by Rosas, Grant, Loose and Ruttenberg with the corrections noted above. 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS (None) 7. NEW BUSINESS a. Voicemail from Andrew Lipp. Beth called him back and spoke with him. He is the spouse of Erica Centeno who spoke regarding the same concerns during citizen participation. b. E-mail: None. c. Training: FCPS Department Overview 8. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS - None 9. OTHER BUSINESS – None 10. ADJOURNMENT – Beth motioned to adjourn, seconded by Mike O’Malley – 6:59 pm
