MEMBERS ABSENT: Craig Russell, Ray Tollison
STAFF PRESENT: Ellen Martin, Charity Kunter, Marry Heffernan, Steve White, Craig Kisling, Brian Janonis
I. Call to order: 3:35 p.m. — Mr. Needham
II. Consideration of the current agenda
III. Review of Minutes from the Meeting on December 13, 2006
Ms. Liska-Smith motioned to approve the Minutes
Mr. Howe seconded the motion
Unanimously approved
IV. Citizen Participation: None
V. Pickle Plant Submission Review:
Ms. Martin reviewed the process of submission review and the Request for Proposal for the Pickle Plant Project.
The submissions were reviewed and discussion among board members was had.
Mr. Needham motioned that we accept Mr. Robert Tully as the primary artist and Mr. Tim Upham as the alternate
artist for the project.
Ms. Liska-Smith seconded the motion
Motion passed with majority vote.
In favor: Mr. Needham, Ms. Liska-Smith, Mr. Howe
Opposed: York, Ms. Francuz
VII. Staff Reports:
Ms. Martin distributed staff reports with an update on AIPP projects since the December meeting.
VIII. Other Business:
Mr. Heffernan updated the board about changes within the city and the Cultural Services Department and the
response to the Art in Public Places memo to council.
IX. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 5:29 p.m. by Mr. Needham
