SUBJECT: West Nile Virus Management Policy - Resolution 2008-062
The Air Quality Advisory Board unanimously supports the Option C recommendation of the
West Nile Virus Technical Advisory Committee.
We additionally recommend:
1. That Council give consideration to those who would prefer to opt out of adulticide spraying.
2. That Council reevaluate the West Nile Virus Management Policy if major new information
emerges, such as a confirmed treatment method for West Nile virus in humans.
