1. CALL TO ORDER
a. The meeting was called to order at 5:36pm
2. ROLL CALL
a. In attendance: Rahul Goush, Andrew Zuniga, Dimitry Volchansky, Dylan Lindsay, Riya
Sajjan
3. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
a. None
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. March meeting minutes were unanimously.
5. NEW BUSINESS
a. Review Work Plan & Council Calendar – what is accomplishable before May?
• Board members would like to focus on future recruitment, board structure as it
relates to term timelines, and budget reinstatement needs for travel & training.
The Board voted to create and deliver a presentation to Council at the May 3rd
regular meeting.
6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
a. Follow-up/take-aways from March meeting
• Interest in future plans for zoning regulations added to Work Plan.
• YAB recruitment in schools – board members will create and distribute flyers to
peers at their schools with QR code to YAB webpage and invitation to May 6
meeting.
b. Planning for final May meeting

• Possible locations were discussed with priority based on availability of
recreation facilities.
7. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS (COMMITTEES, EVENT ATTENDANCE, ETC.)
a. Dylan will share information with and invite other board members to next Youth Action
for Health group meeting. The group is creating an app, “Collins Web”, to list safe
spaces for youth in the community.
8. OTHER BUSINESS

• Some board members have signed up. Will report back at May meeting.
