Meeting called to order at 11:06 am
1.Citizen Participation and Plan Member Comments - none noted
2.Consider Approval the Minutes from the Meeting of May,12 2022.
Ralph Zentz made a motion to approve the minutes as presented.
Del Bernhardt seconded the motion.
Approval confirmed via roll call; Ralph Zentz, Del Bernhardt, Jackie Darner, Clark Mapes.

Kirsten Whetstone; request letter received July 13, 2022.
Sharon Getz; new email address and address received - request in process.
Two other members are in the process of being located for the age 64 ½ letter.
4. Discuss Delayed Payments to Pensioners (Janeen Calkins, Sr. Payroll Coordinator)
There was an internal error which caused a delay in the ACH file being sent to First National
Bank for the June 24th pension payments. There were 271 active pensioners for the June
24th payroll. Four of the pensioners received paper checks and were not impacted.
A letter was mailed to each of the effected pensioners. We received three inquiries from
the pensioners with questions about the delay in their direct deposits. Our members did not
have any impact with bank fees or service charges. Stops have been put in place to keep
this from happening in the future.
The ACH file generated by the payroll production team and is then uploaded to the First
National Bank portal. The file was not sent in time for processing. The ACH deposits
processed on Monday, June 27th
The GERP members on the committee communicated how pleased they were with the quick
follow-up and responsiveness.

Joel Stewart; observation - This is fairly consistent with what we are seeing with all of our plans /
clients. It has been a brutal six months. We just went through this two years ago, but it felt
different due to Covid, and it had a quick turnaround. This one might be a little more prolonged.
