1. CALL TO ORDER – Melissa Rosas – 5:32pm
2. ROLL CALL
a. Present: Elizabeth Grant, Mark Partridge, Shamera Loose, Melissa Rosas, Sally
Lee, Allison Dineen, Todd Newhouse
b. Staff Members Present: Christine Macrina, Kim Cochran (FCPS)

3. AGENDA REVIEW
4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION – none
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. March 9, 2021 – Motion to approve by Mark, second by Todd. Unanimous.
b. Minutes from Subcommittee PSU2021-043 Meeting March 9, continued March
11, 2022 – Motion to approve by Elizabeth, second by Mark. Unanimous.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
a. Melissa to follow up with Mark regarding training manual.
7. NEW BUSINESS
a. Voicemail: None
b. E-mail: None
c. Training: K9 Sergeant Sean Giddings (email Kim if interested in participating in
volunteer K9 decoy training).
8. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS
a. Melissa event at Lincoln Center for review of candidates City Manager.
b. Todd committed to University of Denver for Law School, will be relocating to
Denver, and leaving the board in July.
9. OTHER BUSINESS
a. Allison - Question as to how public can find sub-committee work and final reports
can be posted on website.
b. Kim discussed linking police department transparency page to city clerk’s office
page.
c. Kim will follow up and report back next meeting.
d. Mark clarified police department can provide case number to help find
information and record being requested.
e. Allison - Question as to when Decision Memo is available can it be distributed to
the Board.
f. Elizabeth request memo in PDF format.
