a. Corrections to 12/8/21 minutes:
- Add prefix to case number PSU2021-043
- Add prefix to case number PSU2021-047
-Sergeant Kim Cochran (FCPS) was present, Laura Lunsford was not
b.Motion to approve with corrections by Mark, second by Shamera. Unanimous

a.PSU2021-047 – all subcommittee members are present.

• Elizabeth nominates Melissa for Chair, Mark Second, Shamera Third
Elected Melissa Rosas as Chair, unanimously. Accepted.
• Melissa nominates Shamera for Vice Chair, Mark Second
Elected Shamera Loose as Vice Chair, unanimously. Accepted.
c. Mock subcommittee training by Mark for February meeting
