APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of October 2021 minutes. Vicki Fogel Mykles made a motion to accept the minutes.
Jennifer Zidon seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Approved by roll call,
Ayes: Will Flowers, Vicki Fogel Mykles, Zackery Klassen, Jean McGinnis, Jennifer Zidon.

NEW BUSINESS
•Councilmember Susan Gutowsky, Liaison to Cultural Resources Board - Periodic Review
Board members introduced themselves to Councilmember Gutowsky. Board members
discussed the 2021 Cultural Resources Board Periodic Review and there were no
changes. Councilmember Gutowsky gave her approval of the 2021 Cultural Resources
Board Periodic Review.
Adoption of the 2021 Cultural Resources Board Periodic Review. Zackery Klassen made a
motion to adopt the 2021 Cultural Resources Board Periodic Review. Jean McGinnis seconded
the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Approved by roll call, Ayes: Will Flowers, Vicki
Fogel Mykles, Zackery Klassen, Jean McGinnis, Jennifer Zidon.
Councilmember Gutowsky requested that the Cultural Resources Board minutes be sent to
her monthly.
•Katy Schneider, Director of Marketing, Visit Fort Collins – Presentation
Katy Schneider gave a PowerPoint presentation on the Creative Sector Marketing
Awareness Campaign that was supported by the Cultural Resources Department.
•2021 Cultural Resources Board Annual Report
The Board discussed the 2021 Cultural Resources Board Annual Report. The Board decided

to adopt the 2021 Cultural Resources Board Annual Report. Jennifer Zidon made a motion
adopt the 2021 Cultural Resources Board Annual Report. Vicki Fogel Mykles seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously. Approved by roll call, Ayes: Will Flowers, Vicki
Fogel Mykles, Zackery Klassen, Jean McGinnis, Jennifer Zidon.
•Recognition of Service honoring Zackery Klassen
The Board recognized the work Zackery Klassen has contributed to the Cultural Resources
Board.
DIRECTOR’S REPORT
BOARD MEMBER REPORTS
Vicki Fogel Mykles attended Debut Theatre’s production of “Dracula.” She also
attended the Health and Wellness Orchestra’s concert at Colorado State University’s
Center for the Arts.
Zackery Klassen streamed Dance Express’ Studio Concert in September 2021. He
attended the Gardens on Spring Creek’s “Pumpkins on Parade” program.
Will Flowers also attended the Gardens on Spring Creeks “Pumpkins on Parade.”
Jennifer Zidon attended the Gardens on Spring Creek’s “Garden of Lights” program.

Jennifer Zidon made a motion to adjourn at 6:10 PM. Zackery Klassen seconded the motion.
