• Cultural Resources Board Liaison – None present
• Guests – Jason Messaros from BHA Design, Shoshanna

5. APROVAL OF MINUTES – May 19, 2021
Ms Davies moved to approve the Minutes for May 19.
Ms. Chase seconded.
Unanimously approved.
6. BUSINESS, PRESENTATION, OR DISCUSSION:
A) TRANSFORMER CABINET MURAL DESIGN REVIEW
Artists Chelsea Ermer, Al Haeger, and Alison Dickson presented their mural designs.
Ms. Martin presented designs for Tyler Boeyink.
Mr. Short moved to approve the Transformer Cabinet Mural designs
Ms. Chase seconded
Unanimously approved
B) MID-YEAR REPORT DRAFT
Ms. Martin presented a draft based on the initial discussion at the last meeting. The
Board suggested making sure the map shows detail sections of the areas with more
projects, adding removal of wraps to the Transformer Cabinet Mural section. There
was a request for feedback from Council through Council Liaison Tricia Canonico.
The Board noted the impressive number of projects and attention of art as an
economic driver. The next draft will come to the July meeting.

7. C) OAK STREET STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT SUBMISSION
REVIEW
Ms. Martin shared information on the three selected finalists and recommended that
they be interviewed by the Project Team. Beth Diven from Purchasing, Heather
McDowell from Stormwater and Jason Messaros from BHA Design were present for
the discussion.
Ms. Chase moved that we accept the top three finalists for interviews.
Ms. Davies seconded
Unanimously approved
8. STAFF REPORT
Ms. Martin shared highlights. The report will be emailed to the Board.
9. OTHER BUSINESS
Ms. Good shared the 2021 Natural Areas Explorer brochure that includes images of
public art in the Naturals Areas. A digital copy will be emailed to the Board.
