5.APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a.March 10, 2021 Regular Meeting
Motion to approve by Cassandra, second from Shamera, approved

7.NEW BUSINESS
a.Voicemail: 1 – Renee H had filed a complaint about an officer in May 2020 with
CRB, has filed a second complaint with FCPS. Aaron unable to find minutes
regarding complaint, emailed Adam McCambridge.
McCambridge has responded/communicate with complainant.
b.E-mail: 1 – Richard B requests CRB to review an investigation after the FCPS
case investigation has been completed.

a.Adam McCambridge: thanks board for continued participation.
Reminds about board confidentiality annually
•In professional standards, while investigations are ongoing, the information
is not broadcasted to ensure integrity of the investigation and maintain
privacy.
• There is no room for disclosure on what is discussed in subcommittee
meetings, according to City Charter.
• Confidentiality Notice will be served along with the thumb when cases are
handed off to the CRB.
• When CRB members are reviewing files on the thumb drive, there should be
no files transferred to personal computers.
