Landmark Preservation Commission
AGENDA
As required by City Council Ordinance 061, 2020, a determination has been made that holding an in-person
hearing would not be prudent and that the matters to be heard are pressing and require prompt
consideration. The written determination is contained in the agenda materials.
This remote Landmark Preservation Commission meeting will be available online via Zoom or by phone. No one will
be allowed to attend in person. The meeting will be available to join beginning at 4:45 p.m. Participants should try to
join prior to the 5:00 p.m. start time.

at https://zoom.us/j/98023205617. (Using earphones will greatly improve your audio). Keep yourself on muted
status.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
No public comment is allowed during work sessions. Members of the public may join the meeting but will remain
muted throughout the duration of the meeting.
Provide Comments via Email: Individuals who are uncomfortable or unable to access the Zoom platform or
participate by phone are encouraged to participate by emailing comments to kmcwilliams@fcgov.com at least 24
hours prior to the meeting. If your comments are specific to any of the discussion items on the agenda, please
indicate that in the subject line of your email. Staff will ensure your comments are provided to the Commission.
Fort Collins is a Certified Local Government (CLG) authorized by the National Park Service and History Colorado
based on its compliance with federal and state historic preservation standards. CLG standing requires Fort Collins to
maintain a Landmark Preservation Commission composed of members of which a minimum of 40% meet federal
standards for professional experience from preservation-related disciplines, including, but not limited to, historic
architecture, architectural history, archaeology, and urban planning. For more information, see Article III, Division 19
of the Fort Collins Municipal Code.

The purpose of this meeting is to train members and staff to conduct remote
meetings. No discussion of substantive Landmark Preservation Commission matters
nor public participation will occur.
Items to be addressed include:
• Ensure all Commission Members and Staff are able to connect to the meeting via mic,
audio and video.
• Discuss the mechanics of conducting a meeting online.
• Test screen sharing capabilities.
• Confirm FCTV has the necessary connection and controls.
