CITIZEN REVIEW BOARD (CRB)
REGULAR MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mark Partridge called to order at 5:37pm
2. ROLL CALL
• Present: Dominique Ramirez, Mark Partridge, Dennis Hanno, Aaron Rodriguez,
Sally Harris
• Board Members Absent: Heather Gossel
• Staff Members Present: Frank Barrett (FCPD), Jenny Lopez Filkins, Christine
Macrina
• Guests: Sady Swanson (Coloradoan)
3. AGENDA REVIEW
• Nothing to review
• Cases will be to CRB subcommittees by 11/22 at the latest, Frank will email Mark
when they are ready for pickup.
• Draw for upcoming case 2019-032:
▪ This was a double drawing from last meeting, and will be withdrawn
• Draw for upcoming case 2019-048:
▪ 1- Heather, 2- Sally, 3- Aaron, 4- Mark, 5- Dominique, 6- Dennis
4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
• Sady Swanson – no comment
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
• Dominique – Section 5. Dominique misspelled
• Sally – Section 3. Case number listed as 2019-033 should be 2019-032
• Sally motion to approve with corrections, Dennis second, approved unanimously

REGULAR MEETING
• End of the Year Review, done by Heather and Mark last year. Reports number of
cases, training that was completed, and other committees. Heather and Mark will
draft presented at December, all members are welcome to contribute.
• Respectful Workplace is in Engage > Courses. Needs to be completed by board
members by December 20.
• Drawing for new case (see above)
• Location for future meetings: Options: police station, city hall, streets dept
▪ Dominique motion to hold CRB at City Hall in a conference room.
Second by Sally. Unanimously approved
• 2020 Goals
▪ Training which was delayed waiting for a new member, and should take
place in the new year
• Subcommittee meeting for 2019-038
▪ No corrections
▪ Aaron motion to approve subcommittee meeting minutes, Dominique
second, unanimously approved.
