Meeting called to order at '1 :15 pm
1. Citizen Participation and Plan Member Comments - None made or noted.
2. Consider approving the minutes from the meetings of February 14th and
February 28th, 2019
James Lathrop made a motion to approve the minutes from the February 14th and
February 28th GERC meetings as presented. John Voss seconded the motion. The
minutes were unanimously approved.
Clark Mapes made a motion to approve the Milliman January 1, 2019 Actuarial
Valuation Report as presented. James Lathrop seconded the motion. None opposed
The motion passed unanimously.

4. Monthly lnvestment Report (Blaine Dunn)
Year to date, contributions ol $1 ,225,476 have been made to the plan.
The breakdown of the total amount contributed is $105,476 from the payroll of active
plan members and $1,120,000 from supplemental payments. lnterest earnings totaled
$74,614 dollars. Expenses include $207,762 in lump sum distributions, $687,623
in
retirement payments, and $737 in administrative expense.
Year to date there are 4 new annuity payments, 2 lump sum payments and 0
terminations. There are currently 53 active, 74 terminated-vested, and 265 retired Plan
Members.
