CALL TO ORDER Heather Gossel called to order at 5:35 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL • Present: Dominique Ramirez, Dennis Hanno, Sally Harris, Aaron Rodriguez, • Board Members Absent: Mark Partridge (notified prior), • Staff Members Present: Lieutenant Kristy Volesky (FCPD), Jenny Lopez Filkins, Christine Macrina 3. AGENDA REVIEW • No changes to the agenda 4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION • Joel Yust, present no comment given • Sady Swanson from the Coloradoan present no commont given. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES • Sally Harris moved to approve 05/12/19 Regular meeting minutes; Dennis Hanno seconded the motion. Motion passed 3:1. (Nays: Aaron Rodriquez). 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS • Board was notified and requested approval to correct Memorandum dated April 22, 2019 regarding Review of Internal Affairs Administrative Investigation Case PSU2019-002. The memo incorrectly identified the Chief of Police as Terry Jones. The correction on the Memorandum will change Terry Jones to Jeff Swoboda. • Sally Harris moved to approve the correction on the memo; Dennis Hanno seconded the motion. Motion passed, unanimous. 7. OTHER BUSINESS • Sally Harris will not be in attendance at the July 10th meeting. • The Volunteer appreciation picnic date has been changed to Thursday, August 15. There is no longer a need to find an alternative meeting date for the August regular meeting. • The board was asked if there was any interest in having Tara Muller, Utilities staff member attend a meeting to present an update on the Halligan Water Project. The board would like to know if all boards were invited to attend and some board members would like the information to attend on their own time and not in their official capacity as a board member. Lieutenant Volesky will inquire. 10. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 5:45 pm.
