CALL TO ORDER – Hannah called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Hannah little, Melanie Potyondy, Shana Ryken, Lexie Kuznick, Erma Woodfin, Nadine Nehme 3. AGENDA REVIEW Melanie added safe walk downtown to the events discussion 4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES February – Lexie moves to approve as amended. Melanie, seconded. Minutes are approved. 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Discussion of community partners and point people for upcoming proclamations • SAVA will be invited – Erma, Lexie will edit the proclamation • Nadine, Melanie, Shana, Erma available to help on April 16 • May 7 will be available for open comment for Women’s Health Week – those available for public comment includes Shana and potentially Lexie. b. Final details for April panel on Women’s Health in Fort Collins • Desire to have 3-5 people on the panel that are broad community health advocates. County. CSU options and CSU women staff would be interesting. • Representatives from La Familia and the Health District are options • Brainstorm some questions for panelists. • Goals – what are the top issues for women’s health in Fort Collins • Ask Councilmember Stephens to be moderator c. Growth wish list for budget review • Does the Youth Advisory board have a budget? • Need to look at data from PSD to understand needs • Would like to explore upcoming leaders in PSD, counselor recommendations • Melanie will contact school counselors to see what need is out there. Proclamation schedule updated on drive: plan through June b. Boards & Commission Breakfast  Assign task force (invites, food, and day of facilitation)  Shannon will help with staff liaison contacts, ask about RSVP system c. Addition – Melanie asked about resources for a safe walk program community-wide or Downtown. What would that look like? Downtown Ambassador program could potentially provide some information for that area as well. Could this be a collaboration with the Transportation Board and safety. 8. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS (COMMITTEES, EVENT ATTENDANCE, ETC.) a. Proclamation(s) and City Council attendance b. Community events  HRC partnership on community education series • Shana is co-facilitating upcoming event • Erma is interested in facilitating a future session on white privilege. Lyssa and Nadine are also interested in supporting future events. c. Committees  CEDAW – committee will post the memo draft to the shared folder  Street Naming  Council Communications • Commission members asked what’s most effective for impact with Council communication, public comment or a memo for packet. d.
