1. CALL TO ORDER

5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Consideration and approval of the minutes from December 13, 2018. Ms. Tedi Cox made
a motion to accept the minutes as amended. Ms. Vicki Fogel Mykles seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
6. REPORTS
a. Mr. Will Flowers introduced nominated Board member Jennifer Zidon. If confirmed, Ms.
Zidon’s term will start in February.
7. NEW BUSINESS
Fort Fund Project Support II - Discussion and funding recommendations:
Prior to reviewing and awarding grant monies to the Project Support II applicants, the
Board discussed the eligibility and the quality of the applications and the available budget
for this funding session. The Board then reviewed 10 applications and developed their
recommendations for funding as outlined below and on the attached spreadsheet.

Ms. Lili Francuz made a motion to approve the funding recommendations, and to submit
these recommendations for Fort Fund disbursements to City Council for their approval.
Ms. Jane Folsom seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
8. OTHER BUSINESS

a. Mr. Jim McDonald advised the Board that there will be a cultural celebration with
APP at the Carnegie Center on March 6, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. Ms. Jane Folsom let the
Board know that there is a Colorado Creative Industries meeting in Salida on May
15th
-17th
. Ms. Folsom urged Board members to attend.
