APPEAL ZBA190032 Address: 214 Wood Street Owner/Petitioner: Donald Griffith Jr. Zoning District: N-C-M Code Section: 4.8(E)(4) Project Description: This variance is to allow a carport to encroach 3.67 feet into the required 5 foot side-yard setback. 3. APPEAL ZBA190033 Address: 225 Whedbee St Owner Daniel Baker Petitioner: David Kaplan Zoning District: N-C-M Code Section: 4.8(D)(5) Project Description: This variance request is for a new accessory building with habitable space. The preferred design requires a variance to exceed the allowable floor area for an accessory building by 700 square feet. The maximum allowed is 600 square feet and the proposed total is 1300 square feet.
