Special Meeting – Executive Session
February 14, 2020
Vice Chair Schneider called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.
Roll Call: Haefele, Schneider, Hobbs, Hogestad and Katz
Absent: Hansen and Whitley
Staff Present: Leeson, Yatabe, Havelda and Scheidenhelm
Vice Chair Schneider reviewed the agenda, noting that Chair Hansen recused himself from this item. Boardmember
Katz moved that the board go to into Executive Session and read a procedural statement regarding Executive
Sessions. The motion was seconded by Hobbs and passed unanimously.
At 3:11 p.m., Vice Chair Schneider stated that the Board would adjourn into Executive Session to consider legal
issues related to the Harmony Gateway Plan and Standards and Guidelines.
[Secretary’s Note: No minutes are taken during Executive Session. Furthermore, only the beginning and
end of the Executive Session are recorded.]
At 3:45 p.m., Vice chair Schneider stated that the Executive Session was concluded.
