A special meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on May 28, 2015 in Municipal Court, 215
North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Stipulation Agreement Approved
Assistant City Attorney Scurlock summarized the stipulation agreement. She stated the Licensee has
agreed to a 30 day suspension of which the licensee will serve nine (9) days, seven (7) of which were
served May 22, 2015 through May 28, 2015. Assistant City Attorney Scurlock stated the Licensee will
be allowed to reopen May 28`h, 2015 at 4:00 p.m., with an additional two (2) days served June 1" and
June 2, 2015. She stated the remaining 21 days will be held in abeyance for a period of one year from
the date of this Stipulated Agreement. Assistant City Attorney Scurlock stated they also have agreed to
provide a list to the City Clerk's office of all employees who handle the sale or service of alcohol; and
Licensee shall provide proof to the City Clerk's office that all employees as provided in the list to the
City Clerk's office have received TIP's or equivalent training with thirty (30) days of the date of this
Stipulated Agreement; and that the Licensee shall provide a list to the City Clerk's Office of all
employees who are involved in the response to, handling of, or reporting of disturbances and crimes
to police; included, but not limited to, bouncers, doormen, security staff, supervisors and management;
and Licensee shall provide proof to the City Clerk's Office that all employees as provided in the list
submitted have received Bar Security Staff training with Fort Collins Police Services within thirty (30
days of the date of this Stipulated Agreement; and Licensee shall mandate that all employees shall not
obstruct, provide a false report to, or lie to any police officer during the course of a police investigation
involving the establishment or crime which has occurred on the licensed premise.
Judge Lane approved the findings, conclusion and order accepting the stipulation agreement as
presented for Zydeco Grille, Inc., dba Bondi Beach Bar, 11 Old Town Square, Suite 120.
