A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held July 7, 2016 in Municipal Court, 215 North
Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding:

Request from The Publick House Corporation, dba
William Oliver's Public House to Temporarily Change, Alter or Modify the
Licensed Premises at 2608 South Timberline Road, #128 on
August 6, 2016, Approved
Ryan Wallace,.representative for, stated this will be a family friendly event and requested that he be able
to change the time for the event from noon to 6:00 p.m. He stated they have been given exclusive use
the parking lot for 48 hours to accommodate this event. In response to questions from the Liquor
Enforcement Officer Lindsay, Mr. Wallace detailed the perimeter.
Judge Lane approved the request from The Publick House Corporation, dba William Oliver's Public
House to temporarily change alter or modify the licensed premises at 2608 South Timberline Road, #128
on August 6, 2016.
Transfer of Ownership of El Monte Grill, from Dos Payaso, LLC to
Siri Food Pvt, LLC, 1611 South College Avenue and
Trade Name Change to Bawarchi, Approved
Saiprasad Palusa, representative for Siri Foods Pvt, LLC, stated he purchased this franchise and that they
will provide training. He stated he and his manager will attend TIP's or equivalent training. Mr. Palusa
stated this is primarily a restaurant. He stated he will have 6 employees in addition to the manager. Mr.
Palusa stated the patio is visible from inside the restaurant. He stated any patron that orders an alcoholic
beverage is required to provide valid identification. Mr. Paulsa stated any employee found in violation
of the liquor code is immediately terminated.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of El Monte Grill, from Dos Payaso, LLC to Siri Foods
Pvt, LLC, 1611 South College Avenue and Trade Name Change to Bawarchi.

Transfer of Ownership of The Lodge Sasquatch, from
Rocky Mountain Fishing Lodge, LLC, 151 North College Avenue and
Trade Name Change to The Still Whiskey Steaks, Approved

Manager Registration of Jason Bigsby of
The Still Whiskey Steaks, 151 North College Avenue, Approved
Jason Bigsby, manager applicant, detailed his background. He stated that this location is a restaurant and
that they have only made cosmetic changes to the premises. Mr. Bigsby stated there is an assistant
manager on premise for when he is not available. He stated any patron ordering an alcoholic beverage
must provide valid identification. Mr. Bigsby stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code
will be immediately termianted and that they have a current copy of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of The Lodge Sasquatch, from Rocky Mountain Fishing

registration of Jason Bigsby of The Still Whiskey Steaks, 151 North College Avenue.
Transfer of Ownership of HuHot Mongolian Grill, from
Hot Grills, Inc., 249 South College Avenue to
Mongolian Grill Restaurant Operation Company, LLC, Approved
Jeffrey Martin, representative for Mongolian Grill Restaurant Operating Company, LLC, stated nothing
will change with respect to the look and operation of the restaurant. He stated that guests will not see
a difference in the food or service.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of HuHot Mongolian Grill, 249 South College Avenue,
from Hot Grills, Inc., to Mongolian Grill Restaurant Operating Company, LLC.

Hearing on a New Application for a hotel -restaurant liquor license
from Sonii Hospitality, LLC, dba Ram's Hideout,
1501 West Elizabeth Street, Approved
Vanessa Devereaux, attorney representing Sono Hospitality, LLC,'stated she has three witnesses to
testify.
Narendra Mallakunta, representative for Sonii Hospitality, LLC, detailed the concept for this restaurant
and that they will be partnering with Colorado State University. He stated they have hired a professional
manager, Gina Maze, to make sure all laws and regulations are adhered to.

Gina Maze, professional manager employee, was sworn. She briefly described her background, stating
that any of the liquor licensed premises she has managed did not have a liquor code violation. Ms. Maze
stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be immediately terminated. She stated that
they are primarily a restaurant and a bar second. In response to questions from Ms. Devereaux, Ms. Maze
detailed the premises and how alcohol service will be monitored. She stated that the gross sales of food
will exceed 25% of total sales.
Kelly Pietrs, representative for Esquire Petitioning Services, LLC, was sworn. She described the
petitioning process. Ms. Pietrs stated that these results show strong support for this application.
Judge Lane adopted Resolution 2016-013 from Sonii Hospitality, LLC, for a hotel -restaurant liquor
license at Ram's Hideout, 1501 West Elizabeth Street.
Hearing on Modification of Premise from
BD of Colorado, LLC, dba Bad Daddy's Burger Bar,
347.East Foothills Parkway, #110, Approved
Loren Brown, attorney representing BD of Colorado, LLC, stated at the last hearing it was discovered
that the first and second floor was not contiguous and that these two applications are intended to
separate the two floors into two separate liquor licensed premises.
Judge Lane approved the modification of premise application from BD of Colorado, LLC, dba Bad
Daddy's Burger Bar, 347 East Foothills Parkway, #110, First Floor.

Loren Brown, attorney representing BD of Colorado, LLC, stated that they originally appeared before
the Authority April 7, 2016. He requested that the Judge take judicial notice of the petitions that were
submitted for that hearing.
Judge Lane adopted Resolution 2016-018 approving a new application from BD of Colorado, LLC for
a hotel -restaurant liquor license at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar, 347 East Foothills Parkway, #110, 2nd Floor.

for a hotel -restaurant liquor license, dba Lucky Fins,
327 East Foothills Parkway, #110, #120, Approved
Kevin Coates, attorney representing BD of Colorado, LLC, stated he has three witnesses to testify.
Ken Boyles, manager applicant, was sworn. He stated he has been in the hospitality business for many
years and has been most recently with this concept for 3'/2years. Mr. Boyles stated they have employees
that are certified to teach TIP's and require all of their employees to be TIP's certified. He stated that any
patron that orders a third drink, the manager is notified and then must approve any additional alcohol
served to that patron. Mr. Boyles stated any patron ordering an alcoholic beverage must provide valid

identification. He stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated.
In response to questions from Assistant City Attorney Scurlock, Mr. Boyles detailed the premises.
Tina Scott, representative Oedipus, Inc., was sworn. Ms. Scott stated Oedipus, Inc., has been in business
for approximately 48 years and briefly described the petitioning process. She stated this survey results
shows strong support for this application.
Judge Lane adopted Resolution 2016-017 approving a hotel-restautant liquor license from Lucky Fins
FO CO, LLC, dba Smokin Fins Restaurant, 327 East Foothills Parkway, #120.
