1. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 14, 2016 REGULAR
MEETING.
The purpose of this item is to approve the minutes from the December 14, 2016 regular meeting of the
Landmark Preservation Commission.
2. 601 EAST ELIZABETH STREET - FINAL DEMOLITION/ALTERATION REVIEW
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a proposal to alter the house located at 601 East Elizabeth Street with
a front porch and front, shed dormer addition. The property was determined to
be individually eligible as a Fort Collins Landmark.

The purpose of this item is to provide feedback and a recommendation to City Council regarding the
potential adoption of the Old Town Neighborhoods Plan.
5. OLD TOWN NEIGHBORHOODS DESIGN GUIDELINES
The purpose of this item is to provide feedback and a recommendation to City Council regarding the
potential adoption of new Old Town Neighborhoods Design Guidelines.

The Consent Agenda is intended to allow the Commission to spend its time and energy on the
important items on a lengthy agenda. Staff recommends approval of the Consent Agenda. Anyone
may request an item on this calendar to be "pulled" off the Consent Agenda and considered
separately. Agenda items pulled from the Consent Agenda will be considered separately under
Pulled Consent Items. Items remaining on the Consent Agenda will be approved by Commission with
one vote. The Consent Agenda consists of:
